SoliPaper HS-grade
SoliPaper™ ULS®-Grade High Strength
The SoliPaper HS-grade is our high strength version of our standard SoliPaper ULS®. SoliPaper HS-grade contains a small percentage of special high strength fibers which are increasing the tensile strength of the final paper product. In result the SoliPaper HS-grade offers up to 8 times higher tensile strength than a standard low bio persistence fiber paper. Whilst the SoliPaper HS is based on our 1200°C rated SoliWool ULS bulk fiber, and is able to offer protection to short term exposures till 1300°C, it is recommended for continuous use temperature till 900°C.

SoliPaper PCW-Grade
SoliPaper™ PCW-Grade
SoliPaper PCW-grade, with a classification temperature of 1600°C, is the top end of our SoliPaper product range. SoliPaper PCW-grade is manufactured from a mixture of high alumina/ mullite fibers, special grade RCF fiber and special organic binders. We have developed an optimized production process to manufacture uniform, lightweight, low shot and flexible paper-like products. Where the PCW fiber component is providing low shrinkage at classification temperature the special grade RCF fibers adds handling strength to the otherwise typical fragile paper product.

SoliPaper ULS-Grade
SoliPaper™ ULS®-Grade
SoliPaper ULS-grade is our standard Low Bio Persistence (LBP) fiber paper which is available for use in a wide range of applications. SoliPaper ULS-grade is the original from which several spin-off products like the SoliPaper ULS LOWPAC and the ULS High Strength have been developed. SoliPaper ULS-grade is manufactured from our Generation III, Ultra Low Shot fiber technology fiber.
In result the SoliPaper ULS-grade, compared to standard LBP fiber based papers, excels in the highest possible thermal insulation value and handling strength. SoliPaper ULS-grade has a classification temperature of 1200°C and is recommended for use up till 1050°C continuously.

SoliPaper ULS-Grade LowPac
SoliPaper™ ULS®-Grade LowPac
SoliPaper ULS® LOWPAC is our industrial grade low bio persistence fiber paper made from our SoliWool ULS bulk fiber and special selected fillers. Compared to our standard SoliPaper ULS, the LOWPAC grade is manufactured with a lower density and tighter thickness specification. SoliPaper ULS LOWPAC is only available in Jumborolls which are optimized for conversion by high volume gasket cutting. SoliPaper ULS-grade LOWPAC has a classification temperature of 1200°C and is recommended for use up till 1050°C.

SoliPaper X-Grade
SoliPaper™ X-Grade
SoliPaper X-grade is our standard Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF) 1260 paper which is available for use in a wide range of applications. The SoliBulk™ X-grade, which is the main component of manufacturing process of the SoliPaper X-grade, is one of the products taking most benefit of the Generation III, Ultra Low Shot fiber technology. In result the SoliPaper X-grade, compared to standard RCF papers, excels in the highest possible thermal insulation value and handling strength. SoliPaper X-grade is manufactured from our standard 1260°C rated RCF SoliWool bulk and special selected fillers. With a classification temperature of 1260°C it is recommended for use up till 1100°C.

SoliPaper ZR-Grade
SoliPaper™ ZR-Grade
Vulcor is proud to present the SoliPaper ZR-grade which are manufactured from our high purity Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF-Zr) 1430 SoliBulk ZR-grade and special selected fillers. We have developed an optimized production process to manufacture uniform, lightweight, low shot and flexible paper-like products. SoliPaper ZR is based on the Ultra Low Shot technology which is at the cutting edge of fiber production, achieving the highest possible thermal insulation value and handling strength
Based on SoliWool ZR Bulk, the SoliPaper ZR-grade is providing a proven solution in applications operating continuously till temperatures of 1300°C.
