Manufacturing a premium version of monolithic fiber module; the one and only SoliBloc module.
1 high volume board line
Truly unique continuous board line which is manufacturing a wide range of board chemistries.
3 paper lines
Manufacturing both industrial and automotive (EV battery) application paper products.
2 textile & rope lines
Offering a wide range of high temperature textile products from E-glass, Silica, RCF and LBP fiber.
1 Vacuum forming line
Manufacturing special shapes and tubular furnaces. Both manufacturing as machining.
Vulcor Insulation
Based and rooted in the Netherlands, Vulcor Insulation is serving the refractory industry with the first commercialized Generation III, Ultra Low Shot fiber. We manage every aspect of our products, from development and technical support to certification, sales support, logistics, and distribution, all in close cooperation with our manufacturing partner.

Certification
All the properties given in our datasheets and on our website
are validated by external testing. As we can depend on our superior, Generation III, fiber technology we can be assured that every bit of testing we do, typically results in the expected properties.
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and has an extensive laboratory validating the product properties of each batch before despatching the product to the customer. This ensures that whatever you are receiving, will meet expectations.
We are one of an exclusive group of suppliers which have completed REACH registration and for that reason comply with the European regulations. Our low bio persistence fibers (LBP) meet the requirements specified under NOTE Q of European Regulation 1272/2008 and have been fully tested by Fraunhofer.
