Expanding the Product Range: Three New LBP Board Products

We are proud to announce that our SoliBoard product range has been expanded with three products based on Low Bio Persistence (LBP) fibers: SoliBoard Backup, SoliBoard BB, and the return of SoliBoard NXT.

SoliBoard Backuphas been developed for applications where a lightweight, thermally insulating board is used as a backup layer behind dense refractory linings. With a classification temperature of 1100°C, this product offers a reliable and cost effective solution for backup insulation.

SoliBoard BB, also known as Boiler Board, has been specifically engineered for applications requiring high resistance to thermal cycling and low heat accumulation, such as heating systems. A truly market driven product, from customer need to top performance.

SoliBoard NXT is back. This flagship product from our LBP range is well known for its exceptional mechanical strength, smooth machinability and reliable performance up to 1300°C. In response to market demand, SoliBoard NXT is once again available and ready to prove its value in the most demanding applications.

All three products are manufactured using our Generation III, Ultra Low Shot (ULS) fiber technology and comply with European NOTE Q requirements for Low Bio Persistence fibers, fully tested and REACH registered.

With this expansion, Vulcor once again confirms its position as one of the most complete providers of high temperature board products worldwide. From 700°C to 1650°C, we have the solution.
