Description
SoliPaper ULS-grade is our standard Low Bio Persistence fiber paper product and is used in a wide range of applications with great success. SoliPaper ULS-grade has a classification temperature of 2300°F and is recommended for use till 2000°F continuously.
SoliPaper ULS is manufactured from true Generation III ultra clean and fine SoliWool fiber. SoliPaper ULS is very flexible, and offers a high tensile strength thanks to the high fiber index. As a result it is particulary suited to all applications requiring further processing (laminated composites, die-cutting, rolling, folding).
Utilizing an optimized production process we are able to create a product with a smooth surface, close dimension tolerances, exceptionally low dust, high handling strength, and an improved thermal insulating performance. SoliPaper ULS-grade is very flexible, and offers a high tensile strength as result of the high fiber index.
SoliPaper ULS is using organic binders which burn out on the first firing, starting at approximately 500°F.
All products in the SoliWool ULS fiber product range, like the SoliPaper ULS, meet the requirements specified under NOTE Q of European Regulation 1272/2008. All SoliPaper ULS products are therefore exonerated from labelling requirements in Europe.
Next to the SoliPaper in the low bio persistence grade (LBP) we also offer a standard range of RCF(-Zr) Papers from 2300 to 2600°F and special paper grades using PCW fibers up till 2950°F.

SoliPaper ULS-grade has a classification temperature of 2300°F and advised for maximum continuous use at 2000°F.
The maximum continuous use temperature provided on the website is a guideline and only applicable in a clean oxidizing atmosphere.

Availability
SoliPaper ULS-grade is manufactured in a density of 12 to 13 PCF and in a standard thickness range from 1/16 to 3/8 inch. Our SoliPaper is standard available in both Jumborolls and standard rolls.
SoliPaper in standard rolls is supplied in carton boxes. All our paper are packed on a heat treated export pallet. Standard rolls are packed with 20 or 21 rolls per pallet. Please refer to the list below for dimensions of the standard rolls, other sizes and thicknesses are available on request.

Next to the standard rolls we also supply our SoliPaper ULS-grade in Jumbo Rolls. Jumbo Rolls are ideal for large quantity die-cut gaskets which can be used in the automotive –and domestic appliances industry, minimizing cutting waste. The jumborolls have a standard width of 47 1/4 inch which allow them to be loaded with 4 rolls per pallet. The jumborolls are provided with heist belts in the roll which allow swift loading on the feeder for high volume gasket cutting.
