SoliPaper ZR-grade is our highest positioned refractory ceramic fiber paper (RCF-Zr)1430 in the SoliPaper product range, only having the SoliPaper PCW to outperform on classification temperature. The high classification temperature is the result of the use of Zirconia in the chemical composition of the fiber. The SoliPaper ZR-grade has a classification temperature of 1430°C and is engineered to perform continuously in a wide range of applications up till 1300°C.
Utilizing an optimized production process to manufacture uniform, lightweight, low shot and flexible paper-like products, we are able to create a product with a smooth surface, close dimension tolerances, exceptionally low dust, high handling strength, better thermal insulating performance and retains its flexibility after compression. SoliPaper ZR-grade is very flexible, but offers a high tensile strength as result of the high fiber index. It is particulary suited to all applications requiring further processing (laminated composites, die-cutting, rolling, folding).
SoliPaper ZR-grade is part of the SoliPaper product range. With a variety of three Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF) grades, a high strength paper, the PCW based paper, and the famous ‘ULS’ Low Bio Persistence Fiber grade we are offering one of the most extensive ranges of high temperature fiber paper products in the market today. With our different chemical compositions we are able to provide a solution to nearly every atmosphere or temperature.

The maximum continuous use temperature provided on the website is a guideline and only applicable in a clean oxidizing atmosphere.

SoliPaper ZR-grade is manufactured in a density of 190 to 210 kg/m3 and in a standard thickness range from 1 till 10 mm. Our SoliPaper is standard available in both Jumborolls and standard rolls.
SoliPaper in standard rolls is supplied in carton boxes. All our paper are packed on a heat treated export pallet. Standard rolls are packed with 42 rolls per pallet. Please refer to the list below for dimensions of the standard rolls, other sizes and thicknesses are available on request.
Next to the standard rolls we also supply our SoliPaper ZR-grade in Jumbo Rolls. Jumbo Rolls are ideal for large quantity die-cut gaskets which can be used in the automotive –and domestic appliances industry, minimizing cutting waste. The jumborolls have a standard width of 1200 mm which allow them to be loaded with 4 rolls per pallet. The jumborolls are provided with heist belts in the roll which allow swift loading on the feeder for high volume gasket cutting.
