Description
The SoliFelt productrange consists of latex bonded fiber board products which remain flexible after production. As a result, SoliFelt can be used in applications where the end user requires the strength of a board product with the flexibility and resiliency to ensure a mechanical seal. SoliFelt products are used for the production of gaskets and veneering modules. Available in both Low Bio Persistence (LBP) and Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF). The RCF grades are further available in two variants, with classification temperatures of 1260°C and 1430°C.
All products offered in the SoliWool product range share the Ultra Low Shot technology which has been developed to achieve the highest possible thermal insulation value, higher strength, greater resiliency after compression and better handling.
SoliFelt™ X-grade is manufactured from our Generation III, Ultra Low Shot RCF fiber and selected organic binders. As a result of the ULS technology, the SoliFelt™ X-grade is more smooth and strong. With a classification temperature of 1260°C. it is recommended for use up to 1100°C.

Temperature range

The maximum continuous use temperature provided on the website is a guideline and only applicable in a clean oxidizing atmosphere.

Availability
We offer our SoliFelt™ is available in standard dimensions of 1200 x 1000 mm, supplied in carton boxes with a height of approximately 120 mm (based on thickness). Please refer to the provided list for packaging details of SoliFelt in the standard carton boxes.
