Description
For the most demanding applications, we proudly present SoliFelt ZR-grade with a classification temperature of 1430°C. In result, it provides a proven solution in applications operating continuously till 1300°C.
All SoliFelt products are manufactured from true Generation III, ultra clean and fine SoliWool fiber and organic binders. As a result the SoliFelt has a very smooth surface, close dimension tolerances, exceptionally low dust, high handling strength, better thermal insulating performance and offers greater resiliency after compression as a result of the superior fiber index.
The SoliFelt productrange consists of latex bonded fiber board products which remain flexible after production. As a result, SoliFelt can be used in applications where the end user requires the strength of a board product with the flexibility and resiliency to ensure a mechanical seal. SoliFelt products are used for the production of gaskets and veneering modules. Available in both Low Bio Persistence (LBP) and Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF). The RCF grades are further available in two variants, with classification temperatures of 1260°C and 1430°C.
All products offered in the SoliWool product range share the Ultra Low Shot technology which has been developed to achieve the highest possible thermal insulation value, higher strength, greater resiliency after compression and better handling.

Temperature range
SoliFelt™ X-grade has a classification temperature of 1430°C and can be used up till 1100°C continuously.
The maximum continuous use temperature provided on the website is a guideline and only applicable in a clean oxidizing atmosphere.

Availability
All SoliBlanket products from the Standard Grade RCF range are available in densities from 64 to 160 kg/m3 and in a standard thickness range from 6 till 50 mm.
SoliBlanket is standard supplied in shrink wrap plastic film, and can be supplied in carton boxes (except 6 mm blanket which is only available with 4 rolls per carton box). The blankets in shrink wrap are placed on a heat treated export pallet with 24 rolls per pallet. Please refer to list below for availability of densities and dimensions.
